During the Credits (spoilers)

There is an extra scene that shows Colonel William Stryker walking down a road with his shoes ripped open and his feet bleeding due to how far he has walked. A military unit is shown finding and telling him that he’s wanted for questioning in connection with the death of General Munson. This is in reference to the end of the movie where Kayla tells Stryker to walk until his feet bleed and then keep walking.

After the Credits (spoilers)

Director Gavin Hood has said that they’ve hidden multiple alternate post-credit scenes on different prints and theaters will be showing different versions.

There is an extra scene after the credits that shows Wolverine at a bar in Japan drinking shots of whiskey. After asking for another shot, the Japanese bartender asks him if he is American. Wolverine responds, “Canadian… I think.” She then asks if he’s drinking to forget and he replies, “No. I’m drinking to remember.” This is in reference to the end of the movie where Stryker shoots Wolverine in the head with a adamantium bullet that erases his memory.

The other post-credits scene zooms in on the rubble and on Deadpool’s arm reaching out from beneath it. You see his head, and then his hand grasps his head and his eyes pop open. Deadpool’s mouth has broken free and glaring with a knowing sparkle in his eye at the camera, he simply says, “SHHH…” as the camera cuts to black.

Special thanks to Autumn for the 2nd post-credits scene confirmation.
