During the Credits
There are two extra scenes during the credits of Uncharted.

In the first extra scene, Nathan Drake’s brother, Sam, is revealed to still be alive in prison. Sam is shown writing on a postcard to Nate in hopes that it reaches him.
The second extra scene shows Nathan Drake trying to make a trade with a shady character in a rustic tavern. The deal goes bad and Sully shows up to save the day. As the two are exiting the building, they see something (or someone) shocking off camera which makes them both put their hands up and say, “Oh crap.”
After the Credits
There is no stinger after the credits of Uncharted.
