During the Credits
During the first half of the credits of The Producers, two showgirls from Bloom’s ”I Wanna Be A Producer” number are introducing and dancing around some of the closing credits as the spotlights change color.
When the cast’s credits come up, it shows clips of the movie in which they were present throughout. After that, there are a more credits followed by the two showgirls introducing the scrolling credits and walking away. The credits scroll to the song ”There’s Nothing Like A Show on Broadway” by Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick.
Then after that, The song ”The Hop Will Go On” is played, which is a slower version of ”Der Guten Tag Hop Clop”. as the song ends, Franz Liebkind is heard whispering ”Don’t forget to purchase ‘Mein Kampf’ in paperback. You can find it at Borders… or Barnes & Noble… and Amazon.com. Guten tag. ”
After the Credits
After the credits finish, cast members from the film sing the number ‘Goodbye,’ which is sung in the stage version
at the conclusion of the curtain call, thanking the audience for seeing the show and are asking them to leave.
There is a cameo by Mel Brooks with a bunch of showgirls finishing the song by singing the word ”Get Out” and then says ”It’s over! ”
