There were no extras during the credits of The Last of Us: Part II at launch, besides an extra song from Ashley Johnson (Ellie) and Troy Baker (Joel).
In a post-launch update, players who complete the game on the hardest difficulty can hear Joel singing an extended version of “Future Days” during the credits.
