In the extra scene, a meeting is shown between Amanda Waller and Bruce Wayne. She gives him a file about metahumans and hints that she knows his secret. He replies that if she disbands her crew then he and his friends (the Justice League) will take care of the job for her.
After the Credits
There is no stinger after the credits of Suicide Squad.
