About two minutes into the credits, we see John Krasinksi’s character, Ethan, hanging out in London with some friends when he suddenly hears Kate Hudson’s character, Darcy, calling his name. Horrified, he runs away, leaving her dragging her luggage through the streets. A title tells us this is ”To Be Continued.”

This is a reference to Something Blue, the London-set sequel to the novel Something Borrowed, written by Emily Giffin, which the movie is based upon.
