Nintendo’s big announcement at this year’s E3 was that they won’t be left out of the Fortnite party and that Epic’s shooter is now available on the Switch.
Their second big announcement? Super Smash Bros. is also finally coming soon to the Switch. But what made their latest Smash reveal so huge was the game’s massive roster.
In the first gameplay reveal, Nintendo announced that every previous fighter that has ever appeared in a previous Smash Bros. game will be playable in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Hardcore Smash fans will also be happy to know that SSBU will support GameCube controllers and collectors will be pleased that all their old Amiibos will still work in the new game.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is set for release on December 7, 2018 on Nintendo Switch.
