There is an extra scene after the credits of Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, check out more details and spoilers below.
Spoiler
The extra scene after the credits shows Gaepora, Cawlin, and Strich who have flown down through the cloud barrier to meet with Zelda, Link, and Groose. Groose returns to Skyloft with the others, leaving Link and Zelda, who are seen on the Goddess Statue once again as Link plays the Ballad of the Goddess on the Goddess Harp. Zelda says that she had fantasized about the surface for so long that she wants to remain there, and asks what Link’s intentions were for the future. Link smiles at her, and then the camera pans to show both his and Zelda’s Loftwings flying back into the sky, implying that Link chose to stay with Zelda and found what would become Hyrule.
