Leaked Spider-Man 2 Images Reveal Scene After the Credits

Is Norman Osborn's Head Really Shown?

March 13, 2014 by

Ironically, MediaStinger was created after a failed attempt to trick people on the Internet by some trolls who were saying that there was an extra scene with Venom after the credits of Spider-Man 3. Now almost seven years later, we’re back to where we started with more rumors about extra scenes after the credits of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Back then rumors were just rumors, but today a lot of these rumors have been turning out to be true, the most recent case being just yesterday with more details coming out about the scene after the credits of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. If you’d like that ending spoiled too, then check out full details here.

The most recent stinger rumor now involves iconic Spider-Man character Norman Osborn… well part of him at least… in a jar. As you can see in the pictures below, the Man in the Shadows from the scene after the credits of the first film and who was teased in the sequel’s first trailer is shown again walking by Norman’s cryogenically frozen head in a chamber. The mystery man is then believed to say “Wake up, old friend” to the head as the scene ends.

Speaking of Marvel films, and their now parent company Disney, this Spider-Man stinger could even have a little more sting than most and be a shot taken at Marvel by Sony and related to the myth of Walt Disney’s head being frozen and kept by his own company.

Check out pretty clear evidence of the head and scene likely being saved for after the credits of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
