The credits begin to roll over the last scene of the game as it quickly fades to black. There are no other extra extras during the credits of Inversion after the credits fade to black.

The extra scene returns to the Lutadore ship’s engine room where David and Leo fought the Lutadore leader in the game’s final boss battle. The camera first shows the engine room still being powered by the mysterious energy spear and then moves to show the ledge that the Lutadore leader tackled David off of at the end of the game. David’s bloody hand is then shown reaching up and grabbing on to the ledge, revealing that he didn’t die from the fall and somehow managed to climb back up.
