The extra scene involves Bob Page, a wealthy philanthropist and member of the Illuminati, talking to Megan Reed about moving forward with the nanite-virus hybrid project which results in the building of the original games protagonist, JC Denton. There is also an achievement/trophy unlocked for waiting through the entire credits called “The D Project” and the original Deus Ex song plays to officially end the credits.
