Once completing the game, the player can continue to complete missions as Deacon St. John.
If the player completes the “Finding Nero” storyline, an extra cutscene will play where O’Brien finally takes his helmet off and reveals that he’s been infected and proof that the virus is evolving. The scene ends with O’Brien warning Deacon that the people above him are coming and that there’s nothing he can do to stop them, setting up a potential sequel to the game.
