One of the most memorable games on the Xbox 360 was Crackdown. Most people bought the game in order to get access to the Halo 3 beta and ending up falling love with it. Crackdown was the first really good open world game to give players super powers — a trend that is becoming more and more popular these days — and while there was a solid sequel released back in 2010, the franchise never caught on as well as Infamous, Prototype, or Saints Row.
But don’t worry, Agents, because one of the biggest surprises at Microsoft’s E3 Media Briefing this year was that Crackdown is finally coming back with the game’s original producers now working on it!
Like Sunset Overdrive’s gameplay, the CGI reveal trailer for that Xbox One exclusive, Crackdown, is pure madness as the original Agency members return to take down the kingpin of the Los Muertos in one of the most over-the-top ways ever.
