During the Credits
Various scenes from the movie are depicted by miniature models and toys during the credits of Ant-Man and the Wasp.
There is then an extra scene during the credits.

In the extra scene, Dr. Hank Pym is shown explaining that he’s always wanted to build a smaller quantum tunnel. He then prompts Scott Lang (Ant-Man) to enter the quantum realm to collect quantum healing energy for Ghost.
However, once Scott tries to return, all members of the Hank family (Hope Van Dyne (Wasp), Janet Van Dyne, and Hank) are revealed to have been vaporized by Thanos’ finger snap that took place at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.
After the Credits
There is an extra scene after the credits of Ant-Man and the Wasp.

After the end of the credits, an extra scene returns to Scott’s house where a TV is showing an emergency broadcast transmission. The camera pans around the house as the sound of drums can be heard. It’s revealed that the giant ant Hank programmed to mimic the daily routines of Scott under house arrest is still there playing the drums.
The scene turns to black and the words, “Ant-Man and Wasp will return?” are displayed.
