During the Credits
The first set of credits begin to roll over what is to believed to be the final moments of the game.
However, once the credits stop popping up on screen, there is still an additional hour of extra cutscenes that reveal the game’s true ending with some big plot twists.
After the Credits
There is also an extra scene after the real scrolling credits of Death Stranding.

After the final credits finish rolling, Chapter 15 starts, allowing the player to continue completing missions as Sam set two weeks before the end of the game.
