There is a brief extra scene shown during the beginning of the credits of Hitman: Agent 47. It begins 20 seconds after the credits start and lasts for 15 seconds.
Spoiler
The stinger shows the electrocuted body of Brian / John Smith (Zachary Quinto) lying on the floor. All of his hair is white, and his complexion is pale. He suddenly opens his eyes, which are now blue. This presumably marks the origin of the character known as The Albino in the Hitman video games.
After the Credits
There is no stinger after the credits of Hitman: Agent 47.
